Forgotten Password?
You can have your password sent to your email address by using this link
Can't Login?
When you created your account, if you made a mistake when you typed in your email address then you won't be able to retrieve your
password or be able to login. You will need to send an email to playlist@mobyisc.com.au stating what you think your email and password should be and we can then
try and retrieve your account for you.
Songs don't play?
- no player? when you click play a small player should load in the very bottom left of the app. If it doesn't then please make sure you have flash installed.

- playing but no sound? if the progress bar is moving but there is no sound please check your system
to make sure your speakers are working and switched on. One other possible cause could be if you are accessing the playlist from behind a firewall
which blocks mp3 files. This may be the case in some work places in which case please try again from home if possible.
- not playing? if the when you click play the progress bar does not move then there is likely a problem with the mp3 file. Please report any songs that won't play to:
